Portable compressors with capacity from 20 to 27.0 m3 / min
CompAir's TurboScrew compression system demonstrates a radically new approach to energy conservation. It uses a Cummins turbo engine, from which the CompAir screw compressor is operated, with the additional participation of the turbine, displacing the engine exhaust gases, pre-compressing the air in the suction line before it enters the compression chamber.
TurboScrew contains a proven exhaust gas aftertreatment system based on SCRT® technology (selective catalytic neutralization technology), including an oxidative catalytic converter and a diesel particulate filter (DPF). This system removes almost all oxides of nitrogen from the exhaust gases.
Click to view specificationsBased on a unique twin-turbine technology, TurboScrew compressors have best-in-class diesel fuel efficiency, a weight of just 3,500 kg and excellent self-cleaning ability in accordance with EU Directive 97/68 / EG (stage 4, final). The new TuboScrew compressors are equipped with an award-winning SCRT® system, a selective catalytic neutralization technology that removes virtually all nitrogen oxides from exhaust gases.
The patented technology using two turbines provides energy to the compressor by 14% more compared to traditional technologies. In averaged site conditions, where there is a need to switch between idle, partial or full load, TurboScrew consumes 30% less diesel compared to most standard compressors on the market, which provides a significant reduction in costs.
