Screw air end. Replacement / repair
Company Compressor International makes the refurbishment of screw air ends of any complexity. Our specialists, trained at the partner factories, produce both planned (upon reaching a resource of 30,000–40,000 hours, depending on the manufacturer’s recommendations), and emergency repairs as soon as possible.
Repair repair of the screw block includes:
- diagnostics and troubleshooting of the screw air end;
- if necessary, the restoration of the profile, the shank of the drive and driven shafts or replacement with new ones;
- if necessary, the restoration of housing covers or replacement with new ones;
- replacement of the repair kit of the screw air end (which includes all bearings, oil seal, seals and shims);
- restoration of factory gaps;
- assembly and painting.
The overhaul of screw air ends is carried out at Compressors International’s own repair base using professional equipment and special tools in compliance with the manufacturer’s technology.
