7-step cleaning ensures absolutely clean breathing air

Next, the catalyst (OX purification step) converts CO to CO2 and thus reduces the CO content to 1 ppm. The final PE filter retains adsorbent particles that can get into the air during the adsorption phase and / or during the catalytic process.

In the OFP installation, a seven-stage cleaning of compressed air is implemented:

1. Pre-filter MF - efficiency 99.99998% with respect to particles of 0.01 microns;

2. SMF fine filter - efficiency 99.99999% with respect to particles of 0.01 microns;

3. Adsorption dryer - residual moisture content - 0.11 g / m3;

4. Adsorber SP - residual CO2 content less than 300 ppm;

5. AK carbon filter - odor removal;

6. Catalyst OX - to bind CO and CO2;

7. Final PE filter - removal of solid particles larger than 5 microns.
