MKS 300-30-1 for PJSC InterMicro Delta
Compressors International has been designing and manufacturing the MKS for over 10 years, offering its customers full product support from the feasibility study and design cycle to the manufacture, commissioning and training of customer personnel in the operation and maintenance of compressor stations.
Compressors International fully shares the innovative approach to compressed air solutions and sets new standards in design engineering solutions for the Ukrainian industry. The implementation of the project for the supply and implementation of a compressor station at PJSC InterMicro Delta was no exception. All innovative solutions have been successfully applied and assembled in the MKS 300-30-1 Modular Compressor Station. This engineering solution does not require a separate room for the compressor station, it is mobile, and can be installed anywhere.
In recent decades, the use of screw compressors as part of the MKS (Modular Compressor Stations) has been gaining popularity. Initially, Block or Modular Compressor Stations were mainly used for the oil and gas or chemical industries, where mobility and functionality are especially important. Today, economic feasibility dictates its own conditions, because the MKS requires 1.5-2 times less investment compared to the construction of capital buildings and, accordingly, a significantly shorter payback period. The cost of the finished product, as a rule, is easily estimated according to the Design and Estimated Documentation, especially since from the moment of ordering the MKS to commissioning, as a rule, it takes no more than 3-4 months, which also favorably distinguishes the use of the ISS, especially for new technological areas and modernization of divisions of existing manufacturing enterprises.
MKS have the following standard equipment
• Insulated metal all-welded case with technological openings and units for equipment installation. Thermal insulation of the station - from non-combustible materials.
• Internal cladding: walls, ceiling - galvanized profiled sheet, floor - flooring from steel corrugated sheet.
• External metal protective ventilation grilles.
• The system of automated control of air supply / exhaust necessary for cooling and operation of compressors with BELIMO electric drives or an analogue (heat recovery system).
• Heating system - electric convectors with thermocontrollers (maintaining the required temperature in the station room in automatic mode).
• Main emergency lighting
• Automatic powder fire extinguishing system (which performs fire detection and extinguishing functions regardless of external power sources and control systems), based on the signal-start-up device and powder fire extinguishing modules MPP (r) “Buran-2.5”, according to NPB 88-2001.
• Manual fire extinguishing system - powder fire extinguishers OP - 4 (g).
• Power switchboard for powering compressors, auxiliary needs of the container and controlling the ventilation system.
• Power and low-current wiring made in galvanized metal boxes.
• Pipeline system - connecting pipelines, pipe fittings, bypass lines of the dryer and main filters, supports.
• Condensate drainage system
• Grounding system The station provides the necessary technological openings and gates for repair and maintenance of basic equipment.
