Elmo Rietschle vacuum stations. MVL series
Elmo Rietschle vacuum stations, MVL series have from 3 to 6 vacuum pumps. They are highly efficient, but they have low power consumption. The suction flow rate is between 100 and 300 m3 / h. The stations are equipped with a touch screen for operating the system. Each pump has its own electrical circuit and shut-off valve. Vacuum pumps Elmo Rietshle have compact dimensions.
Bacterial filters guarantee the protection of vacuum pumps against the absorption of solid particles, bacteria and organic substances in order to avoid their release into the atmosphere. The hull shape is designed to obtain the centrifugal effect of siphoning, collecting and draining liquids.
Elmo Rietschle equipment is reliable and durable, and practically does not require maintenance. It can be used all over the world and has UL / CSA / IEC / EN certification.
A special multilayer cartridge, which is the central component of the filter, consists of an outer layer (prefilter) designed to protect the following inner layers of microfibre with antibacterial treatment and penetration rate equal to 0.005%.
The differential pressure gauge, set on the filter head, indicates the maximal level of pollution, determined by the differential pressure between the entrance and exit.
