Synthetic Compressor Lubricant Pneumofore FL 407 (20L)

Pneumofore FL 407 is an excellent cooling combined with lubricating properties, the fluid provides high performance under extreme conditions due to its high thermal conductivity. Pneumofore FL 407 provides work without a laquer formation which avoids: high temperatures, increased brake kW, cage clogging, wear and shortened service life.

Pneumofore FL 407 is recommended for use in systems such as:

• Vane and reciprocating compressors.
• Vacuum pumps providing low to medium vacuum.

Synthetic coolant meets or exceeds general OEM requirements and can be used in combination with inert/non-reactive process gases and vapours such as: hydrogen, helium, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide (dry), natural gas (methane), propane, butane, ethylene, butadiene, benzene.

Please note that contact with gases containing reactive and acidic components should be avoided, for example: hydrogen halides (HF, HBr, HCl), sulphur oxides (SO2, SO2), nitrogen oxides (NOx) and other acidic gases such as H2S. Contact our technical team for alternative solutions for such applications. Under certain operating conditions, the grease may turn red. This does not affect product quality.

• DIN 51506:2017-08 VDL
• ISO-L-DAB / DAJ / DVA / DVC (according to ISO 6743-3).

Please note that contact with gases containing reactive and acidic components, e.g: hydrogen halides (HF, HBr, HCl), sulphur oxides (SO2, SO2), nitrogen oxides should be avoided.
