Gardner Denver has updated the ESM / ESMe / VS 55-75
The ESM / ESMe / VS 55-75 range of fixed and variable speed air compressors has been updated and can now be ordered with an integrated refrigerant dryer.
This option offers several significant advantages:
- Energy efficient way of producing ISO 8573 class 4 air (dew point +3)
- Space saving in the location of the compressor system
- Ease of maintenance
- Higher environmental standards - the dryer uses R513A refrigerant, which has an extremely low environmental impact.
- Control of dryer operation - the GD Pilot compressor controller also monitors and controls the dryer and provides the ability to control dryer operation via the iConn network.
- Reduced installation costs - A compressor with an integrated dryer is essential when a plug and play solution is required.
- The dryer is covered by the Protect 10 warranty.
With a small footprint and incorporating the latest in gas technology (R513A), this non-cycling refrigeration dryer is designed specifically to work 1 to 1 with the compressor, and is validated for performance and reliability. With a single supply and discharge connection, the minimised circuitry and redesigned high efficiency heat exchanger delivers reduced risk of leakage.
