Industrial cooling systems for Coca-Cola plant
Compressors International has recently supplied GUNTER cooling equipment to Coca-Cola plant, which will be used in the cogeneration system of a heavy-duty gas generator. The cogeneration system at this plant is unique in that it is the first one installed in Ukraine and performs 4 functions for the plant:
- Generates electricity
- Heats water for technical processes through recuperation
- It cools the water in the process circulation system (thanks to an absorption chiller that uses hot water from the cogeneration system as its heat source).
- Provides carbon dioxide, which is used to mineralise beverages.
The GFHV FD model of the GUNTER dry cooler with EC (electronically commutated motors) performs the cooling function of a gas generator and is designed for an elevated ambient temperature of 36°C.
The special advantages of the dry cooler are its simplicity and ease of use, closed coolant system, the ability to scale up and use in an existing cooling system, it does not pollute the environment and has a short payback period.
