HRS Heat Regenerated Adsorption Dryers

The HRS HRS adsorption hot water regeneration dryer is the most energy efficient option that provides low maintenance and easy maintenance. With HRS series dryers, adsorption and cooling in the system vary with the help of ambient air that is absorbed by the air intake.

The compressed air will not be used during the desorption or cooling phase. Since desorption occurs in a counter flow, it requires a small amount of energy consumption. Therefore, first of all, the HRS series is the most energy efficient option.

Process Characteristics:

- Desorption in counter-current flow to the adsorption direction with externally heated blower air.
- Cooling with ambient air.
- Designed for automatic and continuous operation (up to 2750 at pressure-vacuum operation).

A series of adsorption dryers uses the adsorbed moisture content generated by the compression process for desorption. These models are operated with oil-free, two-stage compressors without additional energy needs. The general cycle of dryers and regeneration is carried out at working pressure. The heat transfer pressure of the dehumidifier and all other components does not occur. This ensures long service life of the components.
