To apply you must have:

• Higher education;
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position;
• High level of PC skills (MS Office, Internet), office equipment, skills of working with mini PBX;
• Competent written and spoken Ukrainian language;

Main tasks:

• Registration and accounting of incoming and outgoing correspondence;
• Work with internal correspondence (registration, sending by postal service);

Functional responsibilities:

• Development of the compressor equipment service business in the southern region;
• Achieving or exceeding the established marketing plan;
• Responsibility for increasing revenue from the existing customer base and attracting new customers;
• Collaborating with colleagues from other departments of the company when required to achieve the best results;
• Regular visits to customers to: train employees on the efficient operation of compressor equipment, explain the standards of routine maintenance; prevent and/or resolve technical problems; conclude contracts for scheduled and unscheduled repairs, upgrades of compressor equipment;
• Developing and maintaining good customer relations at all levels and controlling the quality of service procedures provided;
• Providing customers with commercial offers for service, where you can independently determine the cost of the offer, using the company's pricing policy;
• Report on own activities and provide management with up-to-date information via CRM on customer visits, status of commercial offers and contracts provided to customers;
•  Control the implementation of daily administrative procedures;
• Supervising, planning and coordinating the work of a team of experienced service technicians: providing them with technical support, training on compressor equipment service standards, implementing measures to improve the efficiency of service technicians; training and monitoring the implementation of occupational health and safety measures.

Requirements for the position:

• University degree in power engineering (compressor engineering), or industrial automation or industrial mechanics
•  Experience with compressed air production equipment is desirable
• Experience in industrial production
• Experience in managing maintenance personnel
• Be self-starter with good oral and written communication skills and problem solving skills
• Have a desire to develop by learning new equipment and service standards
• Knowledge of the English language 
  
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, Outlook;        
• Experience in driving a car
