Commissioning of the Modular Compressor Station takes place with a minimum number of operations, namely: supply of communications, power lines and compressed air pipelines.

Implementation of the Modular Compressor Station does not require capital buildings, saving space, and also has the possibility of relocation to places where it is needed.

The projects implemented utilise the most reliable equipment from the world's leading compressor manufacturers. Compressors with direct drive and air cooling system allow using heat energy recovery. And internal thermal insulation systems of the module ensure uninterrupted operation even at minus ambient temperatures.

In view of the increased requirements to compressed air quality, network filters and compressed air dryers from the world's leading manufacturers are used. To maximise energy savings, the selected equipment automatically regulates performance and maintains constant operating pressure in the pneumatic network.

Compressors International specialists carry out technical inspection and adjustment of all units of theModular Compressor Station, as well as test run the system as a whole. This allows us to guarantee the reliability and efficiency of the equipment.

After delivery of the station to the customer, connection, start-up and operator training are carried out. The operator of the modular station has remote access to monitor the operating parameters and alarms of the operating equipment.
