Payment

We offer several convenient payment options:

• Bank transfer — payment by invoice to the company’s bank account.
• Cash payment upon pickup from our warehouse.
• Payment to a bank card (IBAN) — details are provided by the manager after order confirmation.

Payments are accepted in the national currency of Ukraine — hryvnia (UAH).

Invoice issuance

An invoice can be issued to both legal entities and individuals.
The validity period of the invoice is 7 calendar days from the date of issuance. After this period, the company reserves the right to change the terms of the order (prices, product availability, etc.).

Order confirmation and reservation

• An order is considered confirmed after agreement with the manager and receipt of payment.
• If necessary, it is possible to reserve goods — by individual arrangement with the manager.

Important for payment

When making a payment, it is mandatory to indicate the invoice/order number in the payment reference. This will speed up identification and order processing.
The time for funds to be credited depends on the bank and usually takes 1–2 business days.

Documents

For legal entities, a full set of accounting documents is provided (invoice, delivery note, act of acceptance of works if required).
