We provide delivery of goods in several ways:
- Nova Poshta — delivery to any settlement where the carrier’s branch operates.
- Pickup from warehouse — you can collect your order directly from our warehouse.
- Company transport delivery — available for certain categories of equipment; please confirm details with the manager.
Delivery cost
- The delivery cost depends on the chosen method and the dimensions of the order.
- For some types of equipment, delivery is included in the product price — please check this information with the manager when placing an order.
Delivery time
- The delivery time depends on the type of equipment and the carrier’s logistics.
- Specific terms are confirmed by the manager when the order is approved.
Responsibility upon receipt
- Upon receipt of the order, the client is obliged to check the integrity of the packaging and the completeness of the goods in the presence of the carrier’s representative.
- If any damage or shortage is found, a corresponding act must be drawn up and the company’s manager notified.
- After signing the waybill, responsibility for the goods passes to the client.
