Description GDCS300 Oil/Water Separator Gardner Denver
Gardner Denver GDCS Series Oil/Water Separator
GDCS series separators are designed to remove lubricants from compressed air condensate. This makes it possible to safely dispose of water directly at the equipment site. Since condensate is almost entirely water (about 95%), separating the oil significantly reduces the amount of hazardous waste. Normally, disposal fees are charged for the full liquid volume, but after purification only a small fraction — about 5–10% — requires special treatment. As a result, waste volume is reduced by 90–95%.

How It Works
The purification process involves four key steps
Diffuser: Oily water flows through the diffuser
9 .First Chamber: Multiple polypropylene media trap the oil
10 .Second Chamber: Carbon media further removes remaining oil
11 .Outlet: Clean water exits the separator
