Twin Tower Heatless Desiccant Dryer with dew point -70°C

The AXT Twin Tower desiccant dryer consists of two desiccant towers that alternately dry the air and recover their desiccant properties: while one tower dries, the other recovers the desiccant (the desiccant is recovered with the dried air).

Application: continuous, heatless compressed air drying for demanding environments including food, pharma, electronics, packaging, and metalworking industries.

One of the undoubted advantages of this series is the ability to increase the production class of the air provided by the dryer, with classes 3,2,1 available, with a dew point from -20 to -70°C. This is extremely important in many manufacturing industries at a time when quality standards are constantly increasing.

Filters 

A pre-filter and an after-filter are included as standard.

The pre-filter is a highly efficient filter that also removes particles as small as 0.01 micron. The maximum oil aerosol content of 0.01 mg/m3 at 21°C protects and extends the service life.

The post-filter is a heavy-duty filter that provides ISO Class 2 airflow. Includes a differential pressure gauge for easy monitoring and guarantees certified operation.
