AirLink Supervisor Monitoring System
The development of compressor equipment with the use of new modern digital control systems brings the process of control and management of compressor stations to a new level. Customers, installing modern compressor equipment at their facilities, want to receive a maximum of operational information about the state of the equipment, parameters of operation and current operating modes.
Compressors International, keeping up to date, offers its customers a new product that meets the customer's requirements and improves the convenience of using compressor equipment. This is a system of visualization and monitoring of AirLink Supervisor, developed by Compressors International engineers and implemented at one of the leading enterprises in the pharmaceutical industry in Ukraine.
The innovative AirLink Supervisor system collects signals from all digital and analog sensors installed on the compressor station equipment, processes them and displays them on the monitor in the compressor operator's premises or the unit manager.
The program interface is the main window, which graphically shows all the equipment of the compressor station, including compressors, dehumidifiers and additional equipment. Each compressor is represented as a set of pictograms of individual units, which gives the customer the ability to monitor the entire process of air compression and monitor the air pressure and temperature parameters from the suction valve to the discharge valve. In addition, the status of the main motor, the position of the valves, the pressure, the temperature of the compressed air and, importantly, the volume of the compressed air produced by the compressor are visually displayed. For air quality control, the AirLink Supervisor displays the dew point temperature of the compressed air being pumped.
For each of the monitored parameters, the system builds graphs in real time. The operator has the ability in a separate window to display a graph of the change of any parameter in time, with the possibility of increasing and decreasing the scale along the time axis.
The program AirLink Supervisor keeps a record of the operation of the equipment under load and idle and displays this information in the form of pie charts. Thus, the Customer always sees how much his equipment is loaded and what is the potential for existing equipment to connect new customers.
For each unit of equipment, the system monitors the occurrence of emergencies and displays a warning message with an indication on the screen.
A distinctive feature of the AirLink Supervisor system is that with the help of the GSM-modem the parameters of the work of the station are transferred to the server to the office of the Compressors Intrational Service. Thus, the service engineers of Compressors International have the ability to instantly respond to emergency situations in the operation of equipment, as well as the analysis of operating parameters and the planning of maintenance operations.
All this increases reliability and ensures trouble-free operation of the compressor equipment of the Customer and, without exaggeration, displays interaction with the Customer and attitude to the equipment for a new modern high-tech level.
